2) When should I apply for a visa?

We strongly recommend applying for your visa at least 4–6 weeks prior to your planned travel date.

3) Is the organizer responsible for visa approval or rejection?

The organizer is not responsible for visa approval or rejection decisions made by the Korean authorities.
Participants are advised to check visa requirements with the appropriate embassy or consulate in advance.
