Registration Fee Refund policy

• Cancellations received on or before August 20, 2026 (60 days before the Congress): 100% refund of the registration fee, minus any bank or credit card charges.
• Cancellations received from August 21, 2026, to September 18,2026 (59–31 days before the Congress): 50% refund of the registration fee, minus any bank or credit card charges.
• Cancellations received on or after September 19, 2026 (30 days or less before the Congress) and no‑shows: no refund.

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by email to the Congress organizers (timkim@kdsa.or.kr), and refunds (where applicable) can be processed within 30 days after the World Congress.
